The JCB Academy is the first of 15 new University Technical College’s (UTC) and is an exciting new school for students interested in engineering.

Working with our partners Edulab successfully delivered a complete solution for the first year science program in 2010. Dr Mike Wooster, Edulabs curriculum specialist made a thorough evaluation of the course studied by JCB and working with other members of the other of the Edulab project team put together lists of apparatus that exactly suited the curriculum the academy were following. This process ensured that all sections of the curriculum could be covered with the equipment supplied and the Academy could see the value they were gaining from the work done.
